Benjamin Zander, Conductor of the Boston Philharmonic, has two infectious passions: classical music, and helping us all realize our untapped love for it — and by extension, our untapped love for all new possibilities, new experiences, new connections.

An organization can also be seen as an orchestra where everybody has to work preciously together to achieve results, with the conductor as the director who manages it all. A conductor has to set direction and communicate clearly, otherwise the orchestra will fail.
